- 1+ year experience in IT recruitment
- Experience in Contract staffing is an added advantage
- Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, offer)
- High-volume recruiting ( Should be able to close at least 3 to 5 positions in a month)
- Coordinating with Sales people/Hiring Managers of clients and collecting the IT Contract requirements from them
- Working on Internal permanent requirements , coordinating with Internal stakeholders for fulfilling open permanent positions soon
- Floating the contract requirements to partners/Vendors and sourcing profiles from them
- Doing screening calls to analyze technical competency, confidence and communication skills
- Preparing work orders for the selected resources and deploying them
- Creating MSA and NDA agreements with clients, partners/Vendors and getting it signed from them
- Sourcing profiles from Job portals, LinkedIn and Social Media
- Managing/Updating Vendor/Placement Consultants list.
- Coordination for Recruitment drives
- Following up with Clients/Partners on contract renewals
- Partner closely with internal Operations team to ensure that we're hiring collaboratively and quickly
- Creates pipelines / lists of creative candidates for current and future full-time needs
- Communicates sourcing progress and updates to recruiting and hiring managers regularly
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers
- Provide weekly updates on candidate sourcing, and placement activity to the Manager WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Previous success in corporate recruiting particularly contract requirements
- Hands on Experience with IT Requirements and should have good knowledge on IT Skill sets
- Experience using modern recruiting technology
- High energy that's contagious
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
