How to Meet the Right Hiring Expectations From the Client?
By Arun Kumar
Understand the job requirements: Ensure that you fully understand the job requirements before you start the hiring process. Ask the client to provide you with a detailed job description, and if possible, arrange a call or meeting to clarify any ambiguities.
Communicate regularly: Keep the client informed throughout the hiring process. Provide updates on the progress of the search, including the number of applicants, the stages of the interview process, and any feedback received.
Screen candidates thoroughly: Before you present any candidates to the client, ensure that you have screened them thoroughly. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the job.
Provide detailed candidate profiles: When presenting candidates to the client, provide detailed candidate profiles that include relevant work experience, skills, education, and other pertinent details. This will help the client make informed decisions.
Manage client expectations: Be honest with the client about the availability and quality of candidates. If there are challenges in finding suitable candidates, communicate this early and provide recommendations for alternative approaches.
